Before We Arrive:

Please tidy up any clutter to maximize our cleaning efficiency. If your home hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a long time or ever, our Initial/Deep Cleaning service is required to bring it up to standard.

Pricing Adjustments for Extra Dirt:

If your cleaner encounters excessive dirt (e.g., heavy grime or pet hair), you’ll be contacted for approval before we continue.

Additional Time: $50/hour for extra cleaning beyond the estimate.

Once We Arrive:

Additional tasks such as decluttering or organizing are charged at our hourly rate before the cleaning begins.

Services We Do Not Offer

🚫 Cleaning infested properties (bed bugs, cockroaches, etc.) or pest droppings.

🚫 Using ladders higher than 3 steps.

🚫 Cleaning bodily fluids (human or pet).

🚫 Cleaning attics, garages, cold rooms, or exteriors.

🚫 Fireplace cleaning.

🚫 Laundry services. (Folding only add on)

🚫 Exterior window cleaning.

🚫 Lifting/moving items heavier than 50 lbs.

🚫 Cleaning homes without water, electricity, heating, or air conditioning.

🚫 Wall washing (spot cleaning only).

🚫 Hoarder/obsessive clutter cleanups.

🚫 Service for disrespectful or non-compliant clients.

🚫 Cleaning beyond agreed scope without 24-hour notice.

🚫 Exterior property maintenance or potentially damage-prone surfaces.
