Yes! We provide one-time, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning plans. Choose the frequency that fits your schedule and needs.

How do you set your cleaning prices?

Our pricing is based on the size of the property, the number of rooms, and any special requests. A typical cleaning starts at $200. Add-ons are priced separately, such as oven cleaning or inside-cabinet cleaning.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

Standard cleaning includes:Dusting and wiping surfacesVacuuming and mopping floorsCleaning bathrooms (sink, toilet, shower, and mirrors)Kitchen counters, stovetop, and sink cleaningGeneral tidying of bedrooms and living areas

What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?

A deep cleaning is more detailed and thorough than a standard clean. It includes tasks like cleaning baseboards, detailed scrubbing of kitchen appliances, and more attention to hard-to-reach areas.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No, you don’t need to be home during the cleaning. If you prefer, you can provide us with access instructions in advance. Our cleaners are trained to respect your privacy and take care of your home.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

No, our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you have specific cleaning products you’d like us to use, just let us know.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my cleaning appointment?

We understand that plans can change. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Are your cleaners insured?

Yes, all our cleaners are insured to give you peace of mind while they work in your home.

Do you clean rental or Airbnb properties?

Absolutely! We offer specialized cleaning services for Airbnb and rental properties, including same-day turnovers and restocking.

What do I need to do before the cleaners arrive?

We recommend decluttering the space to give cleaners easy access to all areas. No need to deep clean beforehand; that’s what we’re here for!

Can I leave specific instructions for the cleaner?

Yes! You can provide special instructions or priorities during booking, and we’ll make sure the cleaner follows them.

Can I book last-minute cleanings?

We will do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings, but availability may be limited. Contact us directly for urgent cleaning needs.
